How to Get Started

The flow from the first click to your first confirmed cell.

The first click is always safe, so start by tapping any cell without worry. Pressing the center usually opens a wide clearing that gives you plenty of clues.

Read the numbers that appear along the border of the opened area first. Compare each with the count of closed cells around it to find spots that are 'all mines' or 'all safe.'

Flag confirmed mines and open safe cells, over and over. When one spot stalls, shift your gaze to another border and expand bit by bit — that's the knack.
